The challenge
A decade-old design school wanted to become a university
IIAD needed a bankable plan, a multidisciplinary academic identity and a path through Haryana's legislative route — where every new private university is created by amending the State Act.

We aligned the financial model, academic portfolio, approval dossier and governance rulebook so every document told the State Government the same, consistent story.
The impact
UDIT is now admitting students as a university
UDIT now offers B.Des, BBA, M.Des and MBA programmes from Gurugram, with governance and quality frameworks built for future NAAC and NIRF participation.
