MULTIDISCIPLINARY UNIVERSITY · UTTAR PRADESH
How Paradigm gave Sharda University, Agra a phased, capex-light plan to modernise its campus, rationalise space and absorb programmes migrating from its Greater Noida campus.
9 blocks
Inspected room by room across academic, lab, hostel and admin spaces
6
Academic groups modelled for space demand against AICTE and UGC norms
~15%
Built-up surplus over projected demand: no new academic blocks needed
23
Prioritised interventions sequenced over a 36-month roadmap
The challenge
With buildings dating from 1998 and programmes set to migrate from Greater Noida, the University needed to know what it had, what it needed and what to fix first.
Our approach
An architect, interior designer and project lead combined walk-through scoring, timetable utilisation, document review and norm benchmarking into one demand-supply model.
The impact
Management received a phased roadmap that meets future demand from existing space, puts safety first and lifts student experience, brand and NAAC readiness.
What we delivered
Outcome: A 36-month, capex-light campus rejuvenation roadmap
Submitted to Sharda Group management
The roadmap
July 2026
Two-day on-site assessment
Analysis
Demand-supply model and report
0–6 months
Phase 1: electrical, fire and structural safety
6–18 months
Phase 2: classrooms, toilets, corridors, façades
18–36 months
Phase 3: new entrance, student hubs, green plazas

Paradigm showed us we could meet our future needs from the campus we already have. Their phased, practical roadmap gives us clear priorities for safety, student experience and programme migration.
We assess condition and utilisation, then build a phased plan that gets more from the space you already have.
