The challenge
A new school in a field still being defined
Alliance University wanted a dedicated quantum and AI school in Electronic City, with degrees, executive education and real hardware, built from scratch and ready to admit students.
Our approach
One partner for academics, people and positioning
Paradigm designed the academic architecture, planned and recruited the team, built the market message, and brokered the technology partnerships, so every part of the school fitted together.
The impact
A launch-ready school with real quantum hardware
AU-QUASAR opened with a commissioned quantum computer and an NVIDIA DGX H200-powered AI lab, making Alliance the first private institution in India with a quantum computer on campus.
